The Screw Press is an innovative sludge dewatering solution that utilizes a unique multi-disc spiral squeezing principle. Unlike traditional dewatering equipment, the volute screw press achieves solid-liquid separation through the powerful extrusion pressure generated by variable screw diameter and pitch, combined with the tiny spacing between movable and fixed annular plates.
This equipment is widely applied in municipal wastewater treatment plants, as well as industrial water treatment systems for petrochemical, light industry, chemical fiber, papermaking, pharmaceutical, leather, food and beverage processing, and other industries. Its clog-free design and automatic operation significantly reduce the need for sedimentation tanks and sludge thickening tanks, saving construction costs.
